Rosa Solares-Harouff has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as an Intake Specialist at Kampf, Schiavone & Associates. Rosa then worked as a Paralegal at Wallin & Klarich from 2005 to 2011. After that, they joined Richard Harris Law Firm as a Case Manager from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, Rosa has been working at AIS-NOW, where they started as an Executive Coordinator responsible for recruiting and on-boarding new team members. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Culture and Talent Management at AIS-NOW.
Rosa Solares-Harouff has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1992-1993, they attended the Southern California College of Business and Law where they obtained a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Following this, from 2005-2007, Rosa attended Victor Valley College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Administration of Justice. Moving forward, from 2007-2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice at Chapman University. Recently, in 2020-2021, Rosa completed a HR Management Graduate Certificate program at Colorado State University Global Campus.
Alongside their formal education, Rosa Solares-Harouff has also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they received the Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot and became a Notary Public through the State of Nevada, Clark County. Additionally, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in April 2016.
