Neal Winters

Neal Winters currently serves as an Electronics Technician II at Advanced IT Concepts, providing support for the US Army Aviation & Logistics School's Maintenance Program. Previously, Neal accrued extensive experience in the US Army as an Avionics Instructor and Training Developer, where responsibilities included instructing soldiers and developing lesson plans using the ADDIE process. Prior roles also include working as a Senior Account Manager at The ResQuest Group, LLC, and an Account Manager at Wyndham Jade, where Neal received an award for outstanding customer service. Neal's military background includes serving as a Combat Medic with notable participation in Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield, earning recognition for leadership and medical care. Neal holds a BA in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
