Crystal Van Vleet, CMTSE, ICP-LEA has a diverse work experience in marketing, communications, and project management. Starting in 2010, Crystal interned and worked as a photographer in the Sports Information Department at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2014, they began their career as a Marketing Communications Specialist at PBC Linear, where they also worked with Additive Manufacturing equipment. Crystal then moved on to Lee Linear and 3D Platform, maintaining a similar role in marketing communications. In 2017, they joined Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. as a Multimedia Content Creator and later transitioned to MakingChips, where they served as a Visual Design Engineer, Team Lead, and Technical Digital Creative. In these roles, they focused on product visualization, project management, and other visual design aspects. Crystal's most recent positions include Marketing Director at Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. and Global Marketing Director at Hennig. Crystal'sskills and experience highlight a strong background in marketing, project management, and visual design.

Crystal Van Vleet, CMTSE, ICP-LEA's education history includes a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they completed between 2008 and 2013. In 2016 and 2017, Crystal attended Rock Valley College for a Mechanical Engineering program under NIU, but they did not obtain a degree in that field.

In terms of additional certifications, Crystal holds various qualifications. In 2016, they obtained the Adobe Certified Associate in Print and Digital Media Publication using Adobe InDesign. Crystal achieved the Inbound Marketing Certification (2017 version) by HubSpot in October 2017. Crystal further expanded their certifications in 2018 with the Inbound Marketing Certification (2018 version), the Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) by Dassault Systèmes, and Email Marketing by HubSpot. Crystal obtained the Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) certification in April 2019. Crystal also holds the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from CORKHILL INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC, obtained in May 2021.

Most recently, Crystal acquired several certifications in 2022. Crystal became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in Marketing and ICAgile Certified Professional in Leading with Agility in November and September 2022, respectively. Crystal also attained the certification of Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) by AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology in June 2022.
