Swee Yin Tan

Swee Yin Tan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Advanced Medical Solutions since December 2021, Swee Yin previously fulfilled the role of Assistant Vice President 1 (In-house Legal Counsel) at Sime Darby Property from July 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing legal aspects of corporate and real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this, Swee Yin was In-house Legal Counsel and Manager at The Dairy Farm Group, focusing on legal, employment, and property matters during a major restructuring project. Swee Yin began the career as a Senior Associate at Kadir, Andri & Partners, specializing in banking contracts and project financing. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Lancaster University, a Bar Vocational Course from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Reading.
