Lindsay Rivera

Lindsay Rivera is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee management and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Advanced Medical Strategies since May 2025, Lindsay oversees employee onboarding and offboarding processes and champions career development efforts. Previously, Lindsay held positions including Human Resources Manager at Cognosos, Inc., where recruitment strategies were developed and legal compliance ensured, and HR Business Partner at Arcadia, connecting people and business strategies. Additional roles include HR positions at Urjanet and Cardinal Digital Marketing, as well as experience as an Executive Assistant to CEOs at both Nolan Transportation Group and Thomas Eye Group.
