Bill Cooper

Bill Cooper, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at AMD, where responsibilities include leading corporate financial planning and analysis and reporting directly to senior vice president and executive management. Previously, Bill held various finance positions at AMD from 2004 to 2015, eventually becoming Director of Finance overseeing supply chain and external foundries. Other notable experience includes serving as Division CFO at Volex, managing financial operations across multiple countries, and as VP of Finance at MCRI, where Bill managed comprehensive financial reporting and planning. Bill's career began at Trilogy, progressing from Accounting Manager to Director of Accounting. Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
