Eddie Shanahan

Eddie Shanahan is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in overseeing operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Director of EMEA Facilities at AMD since February 2022, Eddie previously held the same role at Xilinx from June 2019 to March 2023. Earlier in the career, Eddie worked as a Project Manager at AT&T, focusing on the fit-out and relocation projects in Ireland. Additionally, Eddie spent nearly a decade as an Engineering Manager at Sweepster-Jenkins Equipment Company in the USA, specializing in street cleaning and construction machinery. Eddie holds a BSc in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
