Emma McCarthy

Emma McCarthy currently serves as an L&D Manager at AMD, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Emma was a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at HubSpot from February 2020 to July 2024, where Emma also took on the title of Global Learning and Development Partner for Customer Support. Emma's earlier experience includes serving as Education Manager and Program Delivery Manager at Junior Achievement Ireland from September 2012 to January 2020, Training Manager at KPMG Ireland from May 2008 to September 2012, and Learning and Development Specialist at Deloitte from February 2005 to May 2008. Emma has further enhanced expertise through certifications as a facilitator in "I am Remarkable" in June 2025 and in Extended DISC in September 2024.
