Mahmoud al-Daccak

Mahmoud Al-Daccak is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Development Engineering at AMD since June 2023, Mahmoud leads the design of innovative video processing solutions for data centers and hyperscalers. Prior to this, Mahmoud was the CTO and EVP of Product Development at Haivision, where significant revenue growth was achieved through groundbreaking technology and an expanded team of over 170 employees. Experience also includes key roles at MAXT SYSTEMS INC, ZipLocal Inc., Polyester Media Inc., Autodesk, and CAE Electronics Inc., with a strong focus on product development, technology integration, and startup growth. Mahmoud holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
