Mark D'Souza

Mark D'Souza has over three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, primarily with AMD since 1993. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development Engineering for Customer Engineering in the Cloud Gaming and VDI Business Unit, Mark is responsible for platform silicon engineering within the Radeon Technology Group. Mark has held various leadership roles, including overseeing product development for game consoles and serving as Chief of Staff to three CEOs, where strategic alignment and onboarding of new executives were key responsibilities. Previous positions include managing product development teams in Singapore, leading the Center of Excellence for Silicon Development and Debug, and contributing to AMD's first 130nm product. Mark began the career at Maxim Integrated Products and Arnet Corporation, and holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University.
