Matthew Min

Matthew Min is an accomplished semiconductor executive with over 18 years of experience driving innovation at Intel and AMD. Currently, they serve as a Senior Principal at AMD, leading advancements in high-density packaging architectures to extend Moore's Law. Previously, they held roles at AMD as a Technical Supervisor and Staff Engineer, where they made significant contributions to product development and yield prediction. Matthew also gained valuable experience at Intel, where they developed test programs for early-stage CPU products and led product development for advanced CPUs. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
