Paul McGill

Paul McGill has over 22 years of experience in organizational development and talent management. At AMD, from February 2010 to July 2022, Paul served as Director & Head of Global Onboarding, Learning, and Development, leading initiatives in global talent programming and curriculum design. Previously, Paul held the position of Sr. Manager for Organization & Leadership Development at AMD, collaborating with executives on leadership initiatives. Prior to AMD, Paul worked at Dell as a Learning & Development Consultant managing global training programs and onboarding. Earlier in the career, Paul was a Senior Recruiter at JP Morgan Chase / Bank One, overseeing recruitment for banking centers, and worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Spherion (Dell) for technical support recruitment. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Grace University.
