Ricky Huang

Ricky Huang is a dedicated Silicon Design Engineer 2 at AMD, having started in June 2024. Ricky possesses extensive experience in hardware development, having served in various roles such as Hardware Advisor, Hardware Design Lead, and Hardware Developer with the Midnight Sun Solar Rayce Car Team from September 2019 to April 2024. Previous positions at AMD include multiple co-op roles in ASIC Design & Verification and a co-op in Technical Marketing - Performance Lab. Ricky's early experience also includes Quality Assurance Testing at EFI and on-site support at Sun Life, along with summer counseling roles with the City of Toronto. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2024, and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Agincourt Collegiate Institute, awarded in 2019.
