Vahan Nahapetyan

Vahan Nahapetyan, PhD, is an experienced software development professional with a robust background in C++, FPGA, and device modeling. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Software Development at AMD since February 2022, Vahan has previously held leadership roles at Xilinx and Mentor Graphics, focusing on software development and research in electronic design automation (EDA). Vahan's extensive career also includes significant contributions at Sonics, Inc., Samsung Electronics, and Epygi Technologies, where expertise in telecommunications and multimedia systems was applied. Academic credentials include a PhD in Telecommunication Devices and an MS in Microwave Radiophysics, both obtained from Yerevan State University.
