Bridget Biggar MAPP FCIPD has a long and varied career in Human Resources. Bridget began their career in 1994 as a Member of the Employment Tribunal of England and Wales. In 2001, they became the Managing Director of Management Intelligence Consulting Ltd, where they developed employee engagement strategies and interventions and delivered performance through enabling people, teams and whole organisations to discover and play to their strengths. Bridget also took on the role of Agent for the Lifo Method in the UK and the MIddle East for Life Orientations Ltd.

In 2005, Bridget became the Director of Talent and HR at All About Brands plc, where they were a board member of a creative, digital start-up plc and was responsible for setting up HR systems, policies, and financial and non-financial reward strategies. Bridget also established cross-functional, cross-cultural teams to provide high level, exciting service to bluechip clients around the world, as well as led large-scale employee and brand engagement strategies and implementation projects for major clients in the middle east.

In 2011, Bridget took on the role of Director - Organisation Development and People Transformation (interim) at ACCA, where they led the global transformation of skills and knowledge of employees, uplift in management and leadership skills and reshaping of processes to drive culture change. Bridget also aligned people, performance and pay to offer a compelling employee value proposition and career framework.

In 2013, Bridget joined Resourcing Excellence - building organisational capability as a consultant, where they worked with organisations as diverse as National Commercial Bank and SABIC in Saudi Arabia, Shell, Bank of Scotland, ACCA, Imtech, Philip Morris, Kraft, Bombardier, Severn Trent Services, Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, and Birla Carbon in Egypt.

Finally, in 2016, Bridget became the HR Director at Advanced Oncotherapy plc.

Bridget Biggar MAPP FCIPD has an extensive educational background. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. From 1977-1982, they earned a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education in Music and TEFL from Durham University. From 1977-1980, they earned a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Hull. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England (2021), a Fellow from the Royal Society of Arts (2006), a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from ITS (1996), a Chartered Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (1994), and an Occupational: Ability and Occupational: Personality from the British Psychological Society (1993).
