Vipul P. has extensive work experience in various roles related to production engineering, operations management, and procurement and planning. Vipul started their career in 2002 as an Apprentice Engineer at GMM Pfaudler Ltd, where they later became an Officer in the Production Planning & Control department. Vipul then worked at Elecon Engineering Company as a Senior Officer in Planning before joining Ingersoll Rand as a Senior Executive in SIOP & Planning.

In 2010, Vipul joined Dresser-Rand India Pvt Ltd as an Executive Material Controller and then moved on to ITT Corporation as an Assistant Manager of Material Procurement. Vipul then worked at Xylem Water Solution India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager of Procurement & Planning, where they achieved notable accomplishments through leadership and process improvement.

In 2015, Vipul joined Bombardier as a Material Planner before taking on a role as an Operations Manager at a confidential company. In this position, they led a team and was responsible for operations, planning, procurement, and ISO certification.
