Serik Igbayev

Serik Igbayev is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in payment processing, project management, and education. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board & CEO at Advanced Payment Solutions since July 2021, Serik leads the strategic direction for a company focused on B2B and e-commerce payment solutions. As the CEO and founder of Ditum Group LLP since March 2019, Serik has trained over 200 professionals in project management methodologies. Additionally, Serik has contributed to higher education as a Senior Lecturer at Astana IT University, where curriculum development and faculty training have been key responsibilities. Prior experience includes co-founding a bike-sharing startup, leading major projects for the EXPO-2017 initiative, and driving digital transformation in state enterprises. Serik holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of Reading and a Master's degree in Economics from the Innovative University of Eurasia.
