Younis Howsawi

Younis Howsawi is currently working as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Advanced Petrochemical Company since June 2022. Prior to that, Younis worked at Sahara International Petrochemical Company as a Senior Section Head in HR Policy & Rewards from June 2019 to May 2022. Before that, Younis held various roles at Sahara Petrochemicals from September 2010 to June 2019, including Section Head in Compensation & Benefits, Supervisor in Payroll & Benefits, and Human Resources Specialist. Younis began their career at Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants as an Accountant from January 2002 to September 2010. Younis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from King Faisal University and a Diploma in Accounting from Jubail Industrial College.
