Agata Maria Bendik

Agata Maria Bendik is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center, where involvement includes being part of the UK Founding Team and championing equity, diversity, and inclusion across the organization. As Co-Founder and CEO of Pink Brew Studio, Agata leads a Community Interest Company focused on supporting underrepresented cleantech founders. Other roles include serving as an Advisor at PennPromise Ventures and as an Investment Mentor for the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK's Technology Developer Accelerator Programme. Previously, Agata held positions at Sustainable Ventures, L Marks, and Rainmaking, contributing to corporate innovation and startup development. Agata's educational background includes degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business Academy, as well as studies in Political Science, International Relations, and Music Performance.
