Shawna Peaden currently serves as a Customer Service Representative at Certified Mechanical HVAC, LLC since March 2022. Additionally, Shawna has been employed at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC since October 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as Aftercare Residential House Manager, Associate Director Of Operations, and Behavioral Health Technician. In the capacity of Aftercare Residential House Manager, Shawna plans, prepares, and facilitates Psycho-Educational/Life Skills groups, Relapse Prevention Programs, and Recovery Literature Study groups, while applying the program's clinical philosophy, co-creating and executing program policies, and providing client-centered care.
