Nina Maturu

Nina Maturu is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the White House and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). As the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Constellation Design Strategy, Nina helps social impact organizations prepare for the future through expert collaboration and actionable solutions. Previous roles include Head of Experience Strategy at R/GA, where Nina established the health vertical within the Experience Strategy practice, and Innovation Strategy Principal at ?What If! Innovation, focusing on organizational growth through experimentation. With teaching experience at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Parsons School of Design, Nina contributes to the academic field by imparting knowledge in human-centered design and strategic innovation. A graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA/MPP, and having completed a certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business School, Nina combines a strong educational background with a diverse professional journey in customer experience strategy, product development, and market entry evaluation.
