Mike Foster

Mike Foster is the current Account Director at Advanced RPO. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on technology and financial roles. Prior to joining Advanced RPO, Mike worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Citi, helping them to hire Financial Modelers for their Global CCAR Model Development team. Mike has also worked as a Global Manager, Client Accounts (Global Talent Aquisition Manager) with ADP, where they were responsible for the operational management of client accounts, including internal reports, performance metrics, billing and client management. In addition, Mike has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter with McGrath Systems.

Mike Foster holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, with dual majors in business marketing and management. Mike is also a certified military veteran recruiter (CMVR) and certified diversity recruiter (CDR) from AIRS, an ADP company. Additionally, they hold certifications in social sourcing recruiter 4.0 (CSSR), professional recruiter certification (PRC), social media recruiter 2.0 (CSMR), advanced certified internet recruiter (ACIR), and certified internet recruiter (CIR).
