Garry Lincoln has extensive experience in technical support and training. From 1997 to 2010, they worked at Donor Management, where they provided technical support for databases and MS Office through phone and email. Garry also conducted onsite software installation and training for clients, performed software testing, and documented software changes and updates. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1997, Garry worked at Telstra as a Senior Electrical Officer. In 2010, they joined Advanced Solutions International, Inc. as a Senior Technical Support Consultant, where they provided technical support, conducted onsite training, participated in instructional webinars, performed software testing and documentation, and created system updates.
Garry Lincoln has a diverse education history. In 1971, they attended Maroubra Bay High School, where they obtained their High School Certificate in 1974. Following this, they enrolled at Box Hill Institute in 1993 and completed a Certificate in Business Applications in 1994. In 1994 and 1995, they pursued an Electrician Course at RMIT University. Additionally, in 1997, they undertook a Novell Netware CNE Course at Swinburne University of Technology, focusing on Network and System Administration.
