Molly V.

Molly V. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Molly started their career at IBM in 1999 as a Staffing Intern and later transitioned into the role of HR IT Strategy Web Specialist and Business Analyst. In this role, Molly was responsible for web development, Lotus Notes application development and support, internal customer support, and administration for the Software Group Skills program. Molly developed, tested, and deployed JavaScript widgets for an SAP HR application using the FSS framework. Molly worked at IBM until December 2008.

In 2010, Molly joined Advanced Solutions International, Inc. as a Developer/Tester. Molly performed software application testing in C# .NET, both manual and automated, as part of an Agile/Scrum development team. Additionally, they conducted UI automated testing using Telerik Test Studio. Molly held this role until April 2013.

Molly then transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst at Advanced Solutions International, Inc., starting in April 2013 and continuing until March 2021. During this time, they provided business analysis support for the company. Following that, Molly became a Business Analyst Lead from March 2021 to September 2022.

In September 2022, Molly was promoted to the position of Product Manager at Advanced Solutions International, Inc. where they managed the product portfolio. Recently, in February 2023, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager, indicating their continued growth and success within the company.

Molly V. began their education in 1996 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Molly completed their studies in 2000. In 2001, they enrolled in Texas State University, where they pursued a second Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, this time in Computer Science. Molly completed their studies at Texas State University in 2004. During the same period, Molly V. also engaged in graduate coursework at Texas State University, focusing on Software Engineering and Technical Communication. Moving beyond their formal education, Molly V. obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. In 2011, they received the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Molly furthered their certifications by becoming a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) under the Scrum Alliance in January 2018. In August 2021, Molly V. obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in September 2022, they obtained two certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
