Brandi Kathman has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Brandi began their career as a Contractor at Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions with Education at Work and then moved on to CBTS, where they held various roles including Tier 1 Technician Contractor, Evolve Specialist, Service Desk Analyst 2, and Project Manager - Business Market Operations. In 2019, they joined Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC) as a Super Support, providing administration, inside sales support, and customer support to new and existing clients. Later, they became a Super Support - Team Lead at ATC.
Brandi Kathman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Ross High School, specializing in Multimedia Productions, Integrated Software, and Computer Information Technology, which they completed between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Process Improvement, Trusted Advisor UCaaS Certification, Zoom Phone Administration and for Integrators, CBTS SD-WAN/NaaS Certified Partner, Disney's Approach to Quality Service, and Inference Studio Certified Engineer.
