Gregory Picart

Gregory Picart has extensive experience in military personnel services, currently serving at Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. since May 2023, and previously at Quality Innovation, Inc. from December 2020 to April 2024. Prior to their roles in the civilian sector, Gregory Picart served in the US Army from July 1995 to August 2019, where the title held was Logistics Manager. Academically, Gregory Picart earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham, completing the degree in December 2020, and also holds an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same institution, completed in December 2015.
