Damon Hildebrand

Damon Hildebrand is an experienced operations and maintenance manager with a robust background in the heavy manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Site Operations Maintenance Manager at Advanced Technology Services since August 2016, Damon oversees facilities and maintenance operations. Previously, at Helmerich & Payne, leadership roles included Maintenance Manager EAM, where administration of an Enterprise Asset Management program across over 300 sites was a key responsibility, as well as spearheading maintenance reliability and lubrication improvements. Prior experience includes positions as Maintenance Supervisor at Citation Corp and Multi-Craft Technician, where comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance support was provided. Early career experience with the US Navy included maintaining aircraft engines and systems. Damon pursued education at Angelina College from 1993 to 1995.
