Sally Heuer

Sally Heuer is an experienced proofreader and editor with a diverse background in various publishing and technical industries. Currently working as a freelance proofreader for Advanced Textiles Association since October 2023, Sally has held a long-term position as a technical editor at Medtronic since November 2015, where responsibilities include proofreading and editing medical device documentation to ensure compliance. Additionally, Sally has provided copy editing and proofreading services to Hazelden Publishing, Llewellyn Worldwide, and Saint Paul Almanac, contributing to numerous projects across different genres. With a Master's degree in Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in French from Luther College, Sally brings a strong educational foundation to the editing process, focusing on language mechanics and consistency.
