Bryan Ashcroft

Bryan Ashcroft is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Phoenix Industrial, National Thermovoltaics, and Advanced Thermovoltaic Systems since March 2018. Previously, Bryan worked as an independent consultant and held the CFO position at Sterling Crane, where responsibilities included managing external audits and ensuring compliance with US Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Bryan also served as Vice President of Finance & Controller at Marmon Crane Services from 2008 to 2014, overseeing multiple subsidiaries and implementing an ERP system. Educational credentials include a CPA and CMA designation obtained through the Society of Management Accountants, as well as additional accounting studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Bryan has also participated in Dale Carnegie Training since 2013.
