Brad Taylor

Brad Taylor is a seasoned professional in human resources and workplace performance with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting at Advanced Workplace Associates since June 2021, Brad Taylor also founded Strategically People in the same year, focusing on proactive HR strategies to enhance workforce productivity and engagement. Prior to these roles, Brad Taylor held significant positions at CIPD as Director of People, OD & Workplace, and at CIMA as Director of HR & Workplace Performance, where leadership across multiple countries and the implementation of agile working were primary responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Brad Taylor gained valuable experience at Barclays in various roles, including Premier Banking Relationship Manager and Employee Relations Advisor, showcasing a broad expertise in HR operations and client management. Brad Taylor holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
