Shawn Strubbe

Shawn Strubbe is a seasoned professional in aviation operations and training, currently serving as a Training Specialist at Segue Technologies since November 2022 and as a Flight Training Operations Scheduler for the Euro-NATO Joint Pilot Training at Advancia Technologies, LLC since December 2021. Previous roles include positions at PlanIT Group LLC and Serco-NA as a SOF Mission Planner and Schedule Analyst, respectively, as well as managing GTIMS as a System Administrator at DSA. Strubbe gained invaluable experience during a 23-year tenure with the United States Air Force, where key roles included Superintendent of Current Operations and Host Aviation Resource Management, overseeing extensive flight hour management and coordinating training for numerous personnel. Education was obtained at the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2006 and 2009.
