Shehir Mouelhi possesses extensive experience in technical support and fiber installation. Since August 2021, Shehir has worked at Advancia Téléservices as a support technician for Bouygues Telecom, managing customer calls to schedule FTTH box installations, providing assistance to technicians for connections, handling customer complaints, and ensuring timely technician interventions through geolocation and reporting. Additionally, since March 2013, Shehir has been employed as a Fiber Technician at Africom Services, contributing technical expertise in fiber optics.
