Charlotte Leo

Charlotte Leo serves as the AVP of Business Development at Advancial Federal Credit Union since January 2008, where responsibilities include developing and executing a national sales strategy for a financial institution with assets exceeding $2 billion and creating cross-functional teams to address key strategic success factors. Additionally, Charlotte is a Business Relations Manager at YoPro Global, providing HR and recruitment expertise, and serves as a Board Advisor. Previous leadership roles include Director of Young Professionals for the SHRM Texas State Council, President of Dallas HR, and membership chair for the Women's Energy Network. Charlotte also led the DFW CU Business Development Roundtable and held roles at American Airlines Federal Credit Union, contributing to business development and mortgage loan initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Texas Wesleyan University, along with a Credit Union Development Educator Certification.
