Stevie Rands

Stevie Rands currently serves as the Marketing Director for Advancing Eyecare since August 2025. Previous roles include Vice President of Neurology Account Services at Health & Wellness Partners, LLC from August 2023 to August 2025, and Account Director in Pharmaceutical Marketing at McCann Health from April 2022 to August 2023. Rands has a rich background in marketing and account management, having worked as an Advertising Supervisor at Arthrex and as a Senior Account Executive overseeing major events for global clients at Octagon. Early experience includes program development coordination at the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, hospitality services with the Baltimore Ravens, and coordinating youth camps for Nike. Rands holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University, earned in May 2013.
