Shane Smith

Shane Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Production Scheduler at Advanciv since May 2023, Shane previously held project management positions at Swanson Industries Australia and Hastings Deering PNG Ltd. Shane’s career also includes a lengthy tenure at Swanson Industries, Inc., and various engineering roles at Joy Global and Custom Fluidpower Pty Ltd. In terms of education, Shane obtained a Mechanical Engineer Certificate and a Fitting and Machining degree from Newcastle Tafe, complemented by foundational studies at St Pius X College.
