Jim Stonecipher

Jim Stonecipher is an experienced executive with over 30 years in business development, engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at ADVANO, Jim is focused on commercializing silicon additives to enhance lithium ion batteries. Previously, as Principal at EdyMac, LLC, Jim collaborated with C Suite leaders to scale innovative businesses. In a role as Vice President of Engineering and Growth at Fulcrum BioEnergy, Inc., Jim led a substantial project portfolio and contributed to securing significant capital investment. Jim's extensive background also includes various leadership positions at Air Liquide, Celanese, General Electric, Westlake Chemical, and Monsanto Company, demonstrating a strong track record of operational management and project development. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, along with a Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits.
