Tyler Martin

Tyler Martin is currently the HR Director - Operations at AdvanSix where Tyler is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle across all manufacturing sites and the Integrated Supply Chain function. Prior to this role, Tyler was the HR Director for Global Functions at Eaton, where Tyler managed the HR functions for multiple groups with thousands of employees. Their experience also includes roles such as Operations Manager at Winner's Choice, Adjunct Faculty Member at Brenau University, and Human Relations Representative at Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Fairmont State University.
