Kristin Martindale, MA-HRIR, is an experienced HR professional with a background in strategic partnerships and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director and HR Business Partner at Post Consumer Brands since June 2020, Kristin focuses on coaching client groups in Supply Chain and Operations to enhance people plans and drive business improvement. Previous roles include Human Capital Consultant at Optum, where Kristin aligned organizational capabilities with business strategies, and Compensation Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, providing insights on compensation and talent management.
