Ahmed El-Faleh

Ahmed El-Faleh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In their most recent position at Advansys, they served as a DevOps & Cloud System Administrator starting in November 2022.

Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Fixed Solutions from 2019 to 2022, where they held various positions. Ahmed started as a SysOps - Infrastructure and Linux System Engineer from October 2019 to May 2021, and then transitioned to a DevOps Engineer role until December 2022. Ahmed was responsible for the maintenance and deployment of applications, as well as establishing continuous build environments and DevOps channels in the organization. Ahmed also gained experience in using various technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm-Chart, Docker, Ansible, and VMware vSphere.

Before joining Fixed Solutions, Ahmed worked as a Freelance Linux System Engineer from September 2019 to October 2019, providing freelance services on Fiverr.com.

From 2016 to 2019, Ahmed worked at HorizonTechs, where they held multiple roles. Ahmed started as a Linux System Administrator, responsible for web hosting and system administration tasks. Later, Ahmed became a Product Engineer specializing in Cloud Computing and CDN, where they researched and introduced new technologies and designed cloud infrastructure. During their tenure, they also served as a Linux System Engineer, automating manual processes and improving system installation efficiency.

Ahmed's earlier work experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Egypt in 2015, an Account Advisor at Raya Contact Center from 2014 to 2015, a Telemarketing Agent at Citi from 2010 to 2013, and a System Analyst at Xerox from 2009 to 2010. Ahmed also worked as a Commercial Lawyer at a lawyer's office from 2008 to 2009.

Ahmed El-Faleh completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ain Shams University, studying Law from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their legal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned a certification in Continuous Delivery & DevOps from Coursera. In 2018, they acquired a certification in Fundamentals of Cloud Computing from Udemy. Additionally, in 2016, Ahmed obtained two certifications: one as a cPanel & WHM Administrator from cPanel and the other as a cPanel & WHM Sales Professional, also from cPanel.
