Omar Ahmad

Omar Ahmad has worked as a Software Engineer at Advansys ESC since August 2022. Prior to this, they gained experience in various fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Image processing, Pattern recognition, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning at Modern Sciences and Arts University. During their time there, they developed projects including gesture control using laser pointer trackers, grid detectors, medical brain segmentation for tumor detection, and TUIO for AR applications. Omar also worked at the Digital Transformation Academy (DXA) during their time at the university.

Omar Ahmad completed their high school education at Spatiss Modern Academy from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Modern Sciences and Arts University from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Omar Ahmad has obtained several certifications. Omar received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022. In March 2022, they completed the AWS re/Start Graduate program, also provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). In February 2022, Omar Ahmad completed the Machine Learning Cross-Skilling program offered by Udacity. Prior to this, in November 2021, they obtained the Advanced Data Analysis certification from Udacity.

Furthermore, Omar Ahmad has achieved several certifications from industry-leading companies. Omar became a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals in July 2021, certified by Microsoft. In November 2020, they received the Artificial Intelligence Analyst 2020 - Mastery Award from IBM. Additionally, in September 2020, they obtained the Cloud Application Developer 2019 - Mastery Award, also awarded by IBM.
