Jimmy Dadrewalla

Jimmy Dadrewalla is the current Global CFO at Advanta Seeds. Prior to this, they served as the European Finance Director at UPL Europe Ltd from February 2007 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with the management team, drafting financial reports, developing international tax structures and transfer pricing policies, and driving acquisitions in Europe.

Some of their key achievements include delivering functional support to business heads in France, Spain and Netherland regarding the process of restructuring and downsizing businesses; increasing the €75M European working capital facility with Bank of Baroda in 2010 and €25M facility in 2013 with Rabo bank; facilitating EU acquisition team, including commercial, financial, and tax due diligence and post-acquisition integration; interacting with auditors and tax consultants for 16 companies across Europe using local GAAP & IFRS; and managing working capital and optimising plant efficiencies at the formulation sites in Europe.
