Matthew Willis

Matthew Willis has been in the business world since 2003, starting their career at United Insurance Company as the Vice President of the UICI Ventures Group. In 2006, they moved to Ricoh USA, Inc. as the Director of Solutions, Strategic Growth Enterprise. In 2011, they founded Roaring Fork Ventures LLC, where they were the Chief Revenue Officer. In 2020, they joined Broadbean Technology as the VP GM North America for Apollo PE. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Senior Vice President and GM North America for Advantage Club, a global employee engagement/ recognition/ rewards software company.

Matthew Willis has a diverse educational background. Matthew obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2012, majoring in Finance/Marketing. Matthew also attended Miami University, studying English/Communications. Matthew then went on to obtain a Doctor of Law - JD from University of Colorado Law School. Additionally, they hold certifications such as an Analytics Specialization from The Wharton School, a License to Practice Law from the Colorado Supreme Court, and a Six Sigma White Belt.
