Lizzie Sparkes has a diverse professional background starting as a Home Care Provider at hica group in 2007. Lizzie then transitioned to roles such as Special Education Teacher Assistant and Receptionist at Linkage Community Trust. At Linkage Community Trust, Lizzie held the position of Academic Operations Administrator & (Acting) PA to the College Principal and Director of Education. Following this, Lizzie worked as a Community Support Worker at Longhurst Group for five years before joining Advantage Finance Ltd as an Account Manager Legal in September 2021.
