Larry Kennett is the OwnerBroker of ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE, a full service residential real estate brokerage with over 40 years of experience. Prior to this, Larry was the Owner/Broker of Kennett and Kennett, Inc./DBA Help-U-Sell of Johnson County, KS, a full service real estate brokerage. Additionally, Larry worked as a Consultant/Asset Management at Timberline Investment Company, focusing on asset management including valuation, leasing, improvements, maintenance, and disposition. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Business from Pittsburg State University.
