Nina Patel

Nina Patel, CPA, has extensive work experience in accounting, financial analysis, and team management. Nina served as the Vice President of Accounting at Advantage Solutions, where they handled operational accounting, financial analysis, and led a team. Nina was also involved in technical accounting research, special projects, and coordination of external audits. Previously, Nina worked at PwC as an Assurance Director, where they received top ratings and worked with large publicly held and mid-sized private companies. Nina gained significant experience in technical accounting, including complex business acquisitions, debt and equity structuring, and the initial public offering (IPO) process.

Nina Patel, CPA has a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Nina also holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Furthermore, they have completed the Kellogg PwC Family Enterprise Advanced Education Program at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, Nina has obtained certifications including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy in May 2011 and the Asian Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company, which they will complete in 2023.
