Paula Canale

Paula Canale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and operations. Since October 2011, Paula has served as District Manager at CROSSMARK, overseeing a territory of Retail Representatives at 125 grocery stores, where notable achievements include being named Retail Supervisor of the Year in 2013 and securing the highest staff retention rate within the company. Paula's prior roles include District Manager and Senior Client Services Manager at Advantage Solutions and Prism Retail Services, where significant projects for major accounts were launched and directed. Additional experience includes leadership positions in revenue management and sales for Six Continents Hotel Group and Marriott International, as well as a role as Director of Convention Housing for the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau. Paula holds educational credentials from Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans.
