Rhianna Hughes

Rhianna Hughes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rhianna most recently worked at Advantage Solutions as the Vice President/Assistant General Counsel - Employment. Prior to that, they held roles at GoDaddy as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel - Employment & Litigation. Rhianna also worked as a Partner and Attorney at Payne & Fears LLP, representing clients in complex commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. Earlier in their career, Rhianna worked as an Associate Attorney at Jones Day, where they successfully represented a former board member in a breach of fiduciary duty dispute. Rhianna also gained experience as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court and as a Legislative Assistant/Press Secretary to a Senator in the California State Senate.

Rhianna Hughes earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2005. Rhianna then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, completing their studies in 2009. Rhianna obtained their license to practice law from both the California State Bar in 2009 and the Arizona State Bar in 2016.
