Alix Bolton FCIPD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Group People & Culture Director at Advantage Smollan since March 2025, playing a key role during a transformative phase for the company. As an angel investor since 2020, Alix has a proven track record in supporting startups in consumer products and services. Previous roles include Group HR Director at Walker Filtration Limited, Head of People Services at NWG, and Head of People at Visualsoft Ltd, among others. Alix holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership & Management from Northumbria University, and various qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute and CIPD in human resources management and employment law.
