Mary Wenlock

Mary Wenlock's work experience begins in 1993 when they started working at Island Pacific as the Director of Development. Mary held this position until 2006. Following that, Mary worked at Workforce Solutions Group as a Staffing Consultant from June 2006 to March 2007. Mary then returned to Island Pacific and became a Resource and Planning Project Manager from April 2007 to January 2019. In 2019, Mary joined Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology as the Director of Business Strategy and held this role until October 2020. From October 2020 to December 2021, they served as the Director Human Resources Business Partner, supporting IN Connected Marketing, a Division of Advantage Solutions. Currently, Mary works as the Director Human Resources Business Partner at Advantage Unified Commerce starting from January 2022. In their various roles, Mary has been responsible for aligning business objectives with employee needs, partnering with business leaders, managing talent development, and overseeing various aspects such as goals, performance reviews, career pathing, compensation, succession planning, and retention.

Mary Wenlock attended FIDM from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an AA degree in Marketing/Merchandising.
