Bobbi Groves

Bobbi Groves is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at TYLin since August 2025, Bobbi previously held roles at MillerKnoll as Global HR Shared Services Manager & HCM Lead, where responsibilities included managing an effective HR Shared Services team and supporting strategic decision-making. Prior to that, Bobbi was at Fiserv, leading talent acquisition operations and ensuring optimal service through workflow improvements. Other significant roles include Human Resources Manager at Telsmith, where notable achievements included a significant reduction in employee grievances, and Human Resources Generalist at Advanced Pain Management, where Bobbi developed training programs and handled recruitment. Bobbi's foundational experience in customer service and learning & development began at Guaranty Bank FSB, building a strong background in management and training.
